Puce Summer Multi-sensory Learning Programmes

These programmes are available for 5 - 10 year-olds. They are designed to help children develop their literacy and numeracy skills, and to build self-confidence.  The programmes offer a dynamic, supportive and harmonious learning environment where children are able to explore different learning strategies using colour, touch, sound, rhythm and shape.

Puce Term-time Home-learning Support

Private home literacy and/or numeracy
support for 5 - 10 year-olds is available
during term-time in the following counties:
Berkshire, North Hampshire, Surrey, West Sussex.

Puce Home Child and Parent Training Workshops in Spelling and/or Numeracy

For those parents who wish to help their children to improve their spelling and/or numeracy at home, See-a-Sound offers versatile half-day or full-day private training workshops in multi-sensory spelling and numeracy strategies. These workshops are tailor-made to your specific requirements, and are arranged at a time that is convenient for you. Workshops can be arranged at any time of year and are available throughout the south of England.

Puce Parent and Teacher Workshops

Half-day workshops in See-a-Sound’s multi-sensory spelling and numeracy strategies are held regularly throughout the year in various locations in the south of England. Designed for teachers and parents of children with special needs, the workshops explore the nature of learning difficulties and techniques that can be used both at home and at school to deal with those difficulties.

Puce In-house Teacher Development Inset Sessions

In conjunction with the Sunflower Trust (www.sunflowertrust.com), See-a-Sound provides in-house teacher development inset sessions for schools. These sessions explore the nature of learning difficulties, and demonstrate practical classroom techniques that can be used for the teaching of spelling and numeracy to children with special educational needs.
